Terms of Service

• The title will be recorded into buyer's name after funds have cleared. If making payments, the title will be recorded into buyer's name after full payment has cleared. If any payments are more than 60 days overdue seller reserves the right to cancel the sale and keep all funds received.
• Property taxes billed after checkout are the buyer's responsibility.
• Buyer has conducted their own due diligence on the property and assumes the property as is.
• Buyers agrees to not hold Patriot Land Deals and/or Rivera Properties, LLC liable for any information provided in the listing or anything associated with purchasing the property.
• Parties agree to settle any and all disputes in binding arbitration.
