How does Patriot Land find the deals?

We have been in the real estate business for over 10 years. We spend many hours researching properties to find the best property at the lowest price. We purchase land and other real estate properties directly from the seller and either keep them for our own American Dream portfolio or we turn around and pass the savings on to you.

Are the mineral rights included?

Mineral rights are not usually included unless otherwise stated. Patriot Land Deals makes to guarantees and will disclose all information we have regarding mineral rights. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research and find out if the property does have the mineral rights.

Can I tour the property before buying it?

Yes! In fact, we recommend that you tour and inspect the property before buying. We also advise you to check with the County Clerk to get information on zoning, approved uses and future developoment plans for the area.

What fees do you charge?

There is a one time non-refundable document processing fee of $100...........

Are the property taxes current?

Unless otherwise noted on the details of the specific property, all taxes should be current.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Credit cards, Cash or Cashiers Check.

Will you take payments?

We offer owner financing on some of our properties. Please see the details of that specific property for information.
